Shipping & Refund Policy
We are a small independent record shop, and we do our best to process every order as quickly as possible. However, before placing an order, please read this policy carefully so that you understand our terms.
Order Acceptance
We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Processing & Delivery Times
Due to high demand, order processing and delivery may take longer than usual. We ask for your patience and understanding.
Please also note that responses to order‑related inquiries may take more than a week.
Cancellations
Once purchased, limited‑edition or high‑demand items cannot be cancelled for any reason. For other items, we may consider a cancellation request only if the order has not yet been processed – but we reserve the right to refuse any cancellation.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. All international orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Inspection & Vinyl Defects
Before shipping, we thoroughly inspect every item for visible physical damage.
However, we do not test records for needle skipping, playback defects, or any audio‑related issues. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on the sound quality or performance of the vinyl.
Damage or Loss in Transit
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or delay that may occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide shipping documentation to assist you with that process.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare case where we have shipped the wrong item. If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, nor for any issues related to vinyl playback quality.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

取消訂單

國際運送
我們提供全球發貨服務。所有國際訂單均可能產生關稅、稅項及進口費用,該等費用須由買家全權承擔。
檢查及黑膠唱片瑕疵
在發貨前,我們會徹底檢查每件商品是否有肉眼可見的物理損壞。 然而,我們不會就跳針、播放瑕疵或任何音質相關問題進行試聽測試。因此,我們不接受以音質或黑膠唱片播放表現為由的退換貨申請。
運輸途中的損壞或遺失
當您的訂單移交給物流承運商後,我們將不再對運輸過程中可能發生的任何損壞、遺失或延誤承擔責任。如果您的包裹在送達時受損或遺失,請直接聯絡承運商提出索償。我們樂意提供相關運送證明文件以協助您進行程序。
退換及退款
所有貨品出售後恕不退換。除了在極少數情況下我們寄錯商品外,我們不接受任何退換貨。若發生寄錯商品的情況,請在收到訂單後 7 天內聯絡我們。我們不接受因改變主意(心意改變)或任何與黑膠唱片播放音質相關的問題而提出的退款要求。
歐盟 14 天冷靜期
儘管有上述規定,若商品運往歐盟地區,您有權在 14 天內以任何理由取消訂單或退貨,無需給予任何正當理由。如上所述,您的商品必須保持與收到時相同的狀態、未配戴或未使用、附有標籤,並採用原包裝。您亦需要提供收據或購買證明。
